A: First, our products are produced in a strict quality controlling system. And the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Second, during the guarantee period, usually we will send brand new lights with your next new order when we received your defective products message. For defective batch products, you can send back us defective products. And we will repair and resend them to you. Or we can discuss a solution including re-call according to the different situation.
